I am a gifted intuitive healer and reader and am here to help support you on YOUR journey, to get to know YOURSELF and BREAK those belief systems.
Since the birth of my daughter in 2017, the magic came BACK to life in me. From a young age, I knew I was different, I saw and felt things that I couldn't explain, I knew there was something different about me. I knew I was here for a different purpose.
Reiki has been a big part of my life and is a big part in my families life too, Reiki is a gift
and I am very blessed to have learnt from my Master Jan Winslade.
It was about year later, that I went to have a healing session with Jess from Aaruka, Jess had been recommended to me, so I first went about my relationship with food, little did I know a week later, trauma from my childhood resurfaced and WOW my mind was blown, I went back to Jess to work through this trauma and my mind was blown, then the opportunity came along and i have been lucky enough to study Aaruka.

What is an Aaruka® Healing?

It is a powerful healing technique that quickly and effectively shifts negative stored emotions, limiting beliefs and past traumas.

How does an Aaruka® session work?
I use my knowledge of the mind and the rules of the subconscious mind in order to quickly and effectively change your beliefs and perception.
Every session and the techniques used in each session will be different and are based specifically on your needs.
The effects are the same - truly amazing!
I use a combination of belief work (working directly with the subconscious mind) combined with energy healing, somatics and memory processing.
Your session will go for an hour and it will go a little like this:
Once you have booked your session, you will get a zoom link.
We will have a chat about what you would like to work on, sometimes the hour is a chat and just know that is what you needed at the time and that's ok!
After our chat you will need to lye down and place your camera to where i can see you and then the magic will start.
I take you into a hypnosis and we work through what we have discussed and work on those beliefs!!
After we have worked through your beliefs, we will then have a chat, please remember everyones and every session is different sometimes you will cry other times you wont, and thats okay!
You will then have me for 2 weeks via Voxer or WhatsApp if you have any questions..
Sometimes we take more than 1 session to work through and afterwards there may be other memories that come, and that's ok!
What is Reiki?
Reiki is Japanese, the Universal life force energy and universal love.
Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei” (Universal) and ki (Energy) and is a long practiced service of light healers across the globe.
A simple, yet effective technique for transferring healing energy from me to you.
Reiki aims to identify where the energy in your body is blocked or stagnant, and reinvigorate that flow.

Above all, reiki improves mood, energy and your sense of self. You will often notice right after your session you feel more connected to yourself, and feel this sense of peacefulness.
Energy is not something we necessarily see, but it can be felt, it connects all of us.
Energy allows me to do this work with you at any distance, I could give you reiki while you were going about your day, and it would be just as effective as in person.
A powerful distant healing from the comfort of your own home, to support your mind and body, where I activate and balance your chakras.
How does a Reiki session work?
To begin we will have a chat over the phone, this allows for us to connect and share your intentions and chat about any feelings you have for our session, and it gives you a chance to share anything else that you may like to share.
I will also send you a link to a sound track you can listen to while you are comfortable and relaxed for your Reiki healing..
On my end, I’listen to the same sound track and connect into your energy, and begin the magic of Reiki.
While you are taking this time for yourself, I will be taking notes, working through your Chakras to leave you feeling bliss, aligned and in-tune with your inner self.
In your session, while i am connected into your energy I will do an Oracle card reading for you too.
During your healing you may feel alot of different things, such as warmth, coldness, different energy, tingles, a deep sense of relaxation, even tears you may also feel no different but I want you to remember that this is all perfectly normal and is the greatest part of the process.
After your session, I will give you about 5 minutes to sit up, have some water and start to come back to your surrounds. I will then call you and we will have another chat, this gives us an opportunity for me to share any messages that came up for you, anything that I was able to shift for you and to share the cards that also came out for you!
After wards I will then send you a copy of my notes, along with your cards that came out, for you to be able to go back to at anytime to reflect on and to see what came up for you.

How does a Group Reiki session work?
Group Distant Reiki Sessions occur every Sunday night between 8pm and 9pm
I will then email through any messages that came through for you along with a card that has been specially pulled for you! You can either find a comfortable space through that hour or simply go about your evening. The magic of healing.
I will also send you a link to a sound track you can listen to while you are comfortable and relaxed for your Reiki healing..

An Oracle card reading is a powerful way to connect you to loving support and into your energy, where we have the guidance and loving support of source and your angels to help you gain more divine intuitive insight.
A reading will help you to reconnect you to your Soul’s purpose, to aid you in identifying areas in your life that require your attention, providing you with insight and clarity for you future.
All you need is an open heart and open mind.
There is so much to our existence that we cannot see or touch, but we feel it inside. This is called intuition and it is inside us it connects us to everything in the universe.
What happens in an Oracle Card Reading?

If you have chosen this reading then we will get together via zoom.
We will then take a moment to talk about any intentions you may have for this reading and if you have any specific questions in mind, or looking for some clarity.
Whatever it may be we will get together and my intuitive downloads and my guides will guide us the messages that are meant for you!
After your reading, I will send you a copy of your cards, for you to have the chance to reflect back on your cards.

Membership Reading
If you have chosen to join the monthly membership, fantastic, what a great way to get intuitive insights through the year!
Each month, within 2 days that you signed up, I will send you a three card spread of your month ahead - this is a great way if you are feeling stuck to gain some insight and have that intuitive guidance there for you.
This will be pre recorded and emailed to you.
If you have a specific question, then that is totally ok, this will need to email me 48 hours prior to your reading.
